Beyond construction, we route alternative-asset opportunities for clients looking to diversify outside traditional markets. The headline track is bonded Scotch whisky cask investment — a tangible, regulated, HMRC-bonded asset class with a long demand curve.

Whisky cask projects sit through our partnership with Edinburgh Cask Reserve, a Dubai-based brokerage specialising in new-make and aged Scotch from named distilleries. Casks are held in HMRC-bonded warehouses, fully insured, with documented chain of custody.
