Two opportunity tracks for clients who want their capital working alongside the project, not just on it.

Whisky Cask — Edinburgh Cask Reserve

Bonded Scotch whisky cask introductions through Edinburgh Cask Reserve. Introducer only — non-FCA, qualifying clients only.

For clients looking to diversify outside the build itself, we make private introductions to Edinburgh Cask Reserve — a Dubai-based brokerage specialising in new-make and aged Scotch from named distilleries, held in HMRC-bonded warehousing.

Network City Limits is an introducer only. The cask asset, custody, insurance, and chain-of-custody all sit with ECR under their own terms. We make introductions to clients we believe fit the profile; we do not provide regulated financial advice.

Opportunity set

  • Bonded Scotch whisky cask portfolios
  • Named-distillery sourcing (new-make & aged)
  • HMRC-bonded warehousing & insurance via ECR
  • Documented chain-of-custody
  • Introducer-only — no regulated advice

Other Inroads

If you need an introduction somewhere specific, ask. The network extends beyond construction.

The same relationship layer that coordinates construction trades opens doors elsewhere. Products, suppliers, services, advisors, specialists — when a client needs an inroad somewhere we know, we make the introduction.

Nothing is published as a menu. Each request is taken privately, scoped against what the network actually covers, and either routed or declined honestly.

Opportunity set

  • Specialist supplier and product introductions
  • Sector-adjacent advisor and operator routing
  • Discretion by default — no published menu
  • Honest decline if the network doesn't cover it

Important information

Network City Limits is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated financial advice. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to invest in any specific instrument or scheme.

Investments in alternative assets and supply-chain ventures carry risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Prospective investors should be sophisticated, take independent regulated financial and tax advice, and only commit capital they can afford to lose.

Specific opportunities are introduced privately, only after a profile and suitability conversation. Where third-party operators are involved, all custody, insurance, and chain-of-custody arrangements sit with the operator under their own terms.
